Your main tasks

• Learning and familiarisation: Understanding the company's goals, values and culture and acquiring knowledge about the industry, the products and the services offered
• Developing skills: Continuous development of required professional skills and proactively seeking opportunities to learn and improve
• Assist and observe: Taking on general support activities in day-to-day business and in projects and getting to know internal structures, work processes and technical problems
• Collaboration: Working closely with team members and mentors, communicating ideas effectively, soliciting feedback and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

Your profile

• Studies at a university of applied sciences or university (Bachelor / Master)
• Additional relevant certifications or professional training programmes an advantage
• High willingness to learn & quick perception
• Communication skills
• Adaptability & flexibility 
• High level of initiative & commitment to further development  
• Analytical skills and very good problem-solving behaviour
