You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and continuous improvement across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Your main tasks
- Independent management of projects in a technical environment, from planning through successful implementation
- Inspiring and clear communication with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
- Development and continuous optimization of a modern and efficient project organization
- Creation and maintenance of targeted project plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements
- Coordination and alignment of subprojects and associated resources
- Proactive monitoring and control of schedules, costs, resources, and quality
- Regular reporting on project progress to ensure transparency and support decision-making
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, or plastics processing industries
- Technical degree (FH/ETH/TU or equivalent) in medical technology, microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Further training in business administration and/or project management is an advantage
- Open to new ideas and motivated to actively help drive change
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1) skills
