Title:  Product Manager

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for the product management activities of the YpsoPump product
• Responsibility for the global roll-out of products in collaboration with the International Product Manager and the country organizations
• Leadership of an interdisciplinary product lifecycle team consisting of employees from various departments
• Solving a variety of challenges — e.g., technical, quality-related, logistical, or commercial — to ensure both product profitability and customer satisfaction
• Build business cases for new products and platforms, develop product concepts with R&D and partners
• Point of contact for technical questions related to the products
• Preparation and monitoring of product budgets as well as independent management of projects

Your profile

• Technical education with experience in product management
• Several years of professional experience in an interface role between marketing/sales and technology/logistics
• Preferably experience in the medical technology field
• Customer- and solution-oriented personality
• Confident demeanor, diplomatic assertiveness, and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel
