Product Manager

Your main tasks

Develop commercial strategies, pricing models, and compelling value propositions for our product in close collaboration with Sales, Account & Business Management
Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging
Act as a cross-functional interface and actively contribute to variant development projects for injection systems (autoinjectors)
Provide functional leadership within interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for assigned product variants after commercial launch
Independently manage and resolve a wide range of challenges, including technical, quality-related, logistical, and commercial topics

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can-do attitude
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is considered an advantage
Technical understanding and willingness to engage with complex technical topics are beneficial, especially for candidates with a business background
Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1)
