Title:  Market and Commercial Lead

Your main tasks

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses 
• Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions 
• Evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential of innovative solutions 
• Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and initial pricing frameworks 
• Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability decks to enable informed, data-driven decisions 
• Collect and validate customer feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption 
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to advance projects throughout the innovation process  
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product–market fit and long-term value 

Your profile

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in Pharma or medical devices strongly preferred 
• Proven track record of effective contributions in interdisciplinary teams  
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansStrong analytical skills and business acumen 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders 
• Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities 
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; ability to communicate in German is a plus
