Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Lead a team of Product Managers within the Product Area Autoinjectors
• Provide functional leadership to Product Managers and define, implement, and enforce best practices in Product Management
• Ensure all Product Managers are aligned with the overall platform strategy and business goals
• Closely collaborate with the Product Managers to implement product changes and optimizations, including Change Control and NC/CAPAs at the customer level
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements with customers, partners, or suppliers
• Collaborate on projects such as variant development of autoinjector systems and support acquisition thereof
• Budget responsibility for the marketed products of the assigned portfolio

Ihr Profil

• Degree in engineering or natural sciences or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in customer contact and customer support
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
• Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP)
• Experience in a leadership role
